From this point there are two likely scenarios:

  1. They are greeted by a smiling face sitting behind a desk that is ready to answer any questions. The first question being “Is this (your business name here)?”.

The first scenario is a customer experience when there is no lobby sign. The time between them entering what is likely to be your office and them confirming it IS your office might seem small but for some it’s a long moment of uncertainty. It may seem like a small improvement when considering one experience but scaling it up to one hundred customer experiences a week and it will quickly become a good investment to improve even half of those experiences.

Entering your lobby is the actual first impression your customers will have. Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays supports “Joy to the Carolinas” event at Bank of America Stadium

It was a great blessing for the staff at Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays to share the joy of Christmas with over 900 local children this week. Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays had the pleasure of working with Clarke Allen Events to support Coca-Cola Consolidated and the Carolina Panther’s first annual “Joy to the Carolinas” event held at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC on Tuesday evening, December 10th.

This event positively impacted the lives of over 900 local children by giving them toys, food, shoes, clothing, haircuts and health services.

Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays produced signage, displays and visual graphics that transformed an area of the stadium into a Christmas wonderland that brought great joy to the children and their parents who participated.

Many of our Charlotte area employees and their spouses volunteered at this evening event as part of our company’s commitment to honor God by serving the needs of others in our community.

Heritage Creates Custom Wall Display Celebrating Donors at the Leadership Institute in Arlington, VA

Heritage Creates a Custom Donor Wall Display for DC-Based Non-Profit

The Leadership Institute collaborated with the Heritage Signs & Displays team to create a custom donor wall for their headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.



As a non-profit organization, the Leadership Institute has been supported by a dedicated network of donors since its inception, without whom their work wouldn’t be possible. The Leadership Institute felt it would be an excellent opportunity to highlight their phenomenal donors by creating a captivating custom wall display in their honor and reached out to Heritage Signs & Displays to execute this vision.

Bringing a Vision of Recognition to Life

The Heritage team began the process with a project discovery meeting with the client to develop a greater understanding of their vision and a plan of action that would bring the custom wall display to life with a stunning end product. The project was designed to be a critical feature of the lobby in the Leadership Institute’s headquarters.

The materials used to create the donor wall included a combination of the following:

  • PVC cut lettering to give a three-dimensional effect to the display
  • Frosted acrylic to provide a floating effect to the donors’ names and photos
  • Printed brushed silver elements

Throughout the consultation and installation process, the Heritage team worked closely with the client to ensure that the overall appearance of the signage and implementation of the project was executed effectively.

Team USA Celebration at the Washington Hilton: Project Spotlight

Team USA hosted a celebration of Olympic and Paralympic sports at the Washington Hilton and reached out to the team at Heritage Signs & Displays to brand the hotel with vinyl wall wraps celebrating athletes in both Olympic and Paralympic sports. Team USA chose to collaborate with Heritage given our experience executing the production and installation of signs and graphics for events in Washington, DC.



Celebrating Team USA with Engaging Graphics that Transformed the Meeting Space

The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), also known as Team USA, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights, safety, and wellness of athletes in Olympic and Paralympic sports. The USOPC oversees the bids for U.S. cities to host the Olympic/Paralympic Games, Youth Olympic Games, and Pan/Parapan American Games.

A Celebration of Olympic and Paralympic Athletes in the Nation’s Capital

The goal of Team USA’s event was to highlight athletes who participate in a variety of Olympic and Paralympic sports. The event was to be attended by the featured athletes as well as the Washington, DC press covering the celebration. The Washington Hilton needed to be branded according to the featured athletes and their associated sports. Team USA collaborated closely with the Heritage team to implement the event branding that contributed to a memorable night for the athletes being celebrated and the media in attendance.



Communication between Heritage and Team USA was critical to executing the vision for the event. A site survey was conducted to ensure that the materials required would be suitable for a large-scale event in such a significant venue. Some of the signage materials for the gala included retractable banners, backdrops, meter boards, lenticular wall displays, floor graphics, wall graphics, and column wraps in the hotel lobby, ballrooms, conference areas, and hallways.

The weekend celebration took place from May 1 to May 4 and involved three phases, Gala, Summit, and Give Back. The Heritage team arrived late Saturday night following the dismissal of the White House Correspondents Dinner at the venue. The team proceeded to install the backdrops, wall, and column wraps throughout the floors and surfaces of the hotel’s interior. In addition, the Team USA logo, a lenticular wall display highlighting the U.S. Olympic team in Tokyo and the U.S. Paralympic team in Beijing, and additional branding adorned the walls and provided ideal opportunities for group photos in select spots.

The space was large enough to represent athletes and para-athletes across sports as diverse as swimming, fencing, surfing, baseball, volleyball, track, golf, skiing, and numerous others. The scope of the work was significant given the size of this prominent conference facility at the Washington Hilton. In addition, the Heritage team installed wall wraps for the Toyota-sponsored Athlete Lounge giving athletes private space from the main activities of the events.

Creating an Inspiring Venue to Recognize Team USA

The Heritage install team worked throughout the night to complete the event branding of the Washington Hilton in time for Team USA to begin welcoming athletes on Sunday morning and festivities Monday through Thursday. Representatives from Team USA were thrilled with the results of Heritage’s efforts. Effective collaboration between the three organizations allowed the hotel’s interior to be transformed to recognize athletes who participate in a variety of Olympic and Paralympic sports.
